These items are intended to get you through the first few days of your stay. If you anticipate needing more, please plan to bring additional supplies.
Parking is very tight and oversized vehicles/trucks may be a close fit. After your reservation is confirmed, please review our house manual carefully for a detailed guide along with visuals of how the parking is laid out for this condo association.

FYI - We have a Ring Doorbell Camera on the exterior of our property (front door) facing the outside of our entrance. This is not monitored but does record. We also have a Minut noise monitor system located inside the property in the kitchen/living room. This is a smart home device that measures volume levels throughout the property, it does not record anything, and allows us to respond to noise nuisances in a timely manner to ensure quiet hours are being obeyed and to ensure that all neighbors are being respected. Minute is 100% privacy compliant and is required on this property. These are to keep all guests safe and to keep the property secure. Thanks for understanding!

Salisbury Beach is an ever-evolving vacation destination for many families, couples and friends throughout the U.S. and overseas. This unique area, centrally located to many of New England’s top destinations offers something for everyone – Beaches, dining, arcades, shopping, concerts, golf, shows and much more. This property is located within a short drive to Newburyport MA, Portsmouth NH, Plum Island, MA, Hampton Beach, NH and Kittery, ME.

Minut is a smart home device that measures volume levels throughout the property and allows us to respond to noise nuisances without disrupting your stay. Minut is 100% privacy compliant and is required on this property. There is also one outdoor security camera for your protection. If you have any questions, please ask. FYI - For parking, there is room to park 2 cars in tandem in the middle row of the driveway. The spot closest to the main building steps is reserved for Unit B, the 2nd and 3rd spots behind that in the middle tandem row are reserved for you. You may be asked by Unit B owner or we might call you and ask to move your car during the stay.
Also, during the summer, our guests need to be available to move their cars to allow access to that blocked spot at the front of the driveway on Saturdays in particular as there will always be people coming and going.
- Adjacent to this property, there is another unit. Although there is no audible noise coming from that unit, it is worth noting that the unit above can sometimes be a bit noisy (such as footsteps, background conversations, or running water).
And just a friendly reminder for all our winter guests, the plow company is requiring that the driveway be empty for any snowstorm for the entire storm. As soon as the storm kicks in, the driveway should be empty of cars until the clean-up is all done.
