I was not impressed from the road as we drove up, but we had a terrific five day stay. The lobby has been renovated. Breakfast was delicious. The bed was very comfortable. Best on our multi week road trip. Well located. Attentive, friendly staff/owners.

It was generally okay except for the fact that my family and I were exposed to second hand smoke from other guests who smoked along the corridor and particularly near the stairway that leads to our room. I would be nice if the hotel has a designated smoking area far from the rooms foe the safety on non-smokers

Very noisy, you can hear everything at night like its in the room with you. The door seal in room 234 needs to be replaced, we could see daylight. Besides that the starff are great and the breakfast is solid.

we have no towels the night we arrived because they said the dryer was broken and there was a baseball team staying there that used a lot of towels. They said when the next crew came in at 8:30 in the morning, they would not have time to have the towels cleaned by checkout

We requested a room on the ground floor and didn't get it. Every day we requested to be moved and were rudely told nothing was available. The last two nights we were there the place was almost empty of other guests. Access to the pool was limited because you couldn't get in and had to request a staff member to open it. The free breakfast was terrible and staff didn't keep it stocked with food and drink. The room was not clean. Furniture in room was broken/not working properly. Staff was not friendly and when checking out was told my receipt was only available to be emailed to me. I never received an email and even asked for it to be sent again. They charged a $205 charge to my card 2 days after leaving. No reason given when I called and no call back happened as requested. Still no receipt sent to me. I feel like I was scammed by this property.

This place is right off the highway, of you go too fast you'll miss it. Also, the Expedia location, map, is wrong, ot stops you 2 blocks before the actual hotel entrance, so put it into your gps manually. The place was pretty good, very clean, easy to get around.

Check-in was friendly outside of learning there would be a deposit charged for room damage which was not presented upon booking the room. Room was lacking TV, shampoo, and TP. The breakfast was not hot, despite arriving right at 7A. The personnel are a plus for this hotel with the overall experience rated low due to general items a venue of this price range put forth.

Dated and Food was not fresh

The check-in was easy and the property was secure. The breakfast was fair. Eggs were rubbery and cold, the orange juice was not real orange juice, and the bread was not fresh. The room and carpet were dated, the walls were thin, the air conditioner vents were broken/missing and the toilet caulking was not acceptable.

I booked two rooms for two of my senior women supervisory staff. They had to leave soon after checking in. One of their rooms had a second connecting door through which some stranger walked in threateningly! And men were asking for rides in our company vehicle! Etc. They will give me a full report tomorrow when we meet up for a inspection visit. I had to use my Expedia account to move them to Holiday Inn in Salisbury. MD
