Probably the best hotel stay I've ever had in all my years of different hotel stays. Staff was outstanding, room cleanliness was outstanding and the AC was robust and quiet. I had breakfast elsewhere so I can't comment on that.

The room was surprisingly clean given the exterior of the property. No bugs/mice. Mattress and pillows were great, linens were fresh/no odor/not damaged. The parking lot a bit scary: low visibility, lots of hiding places, and rowdy non-guests milling around. Exterior building door locks were broken. Our door was rattled several times in the night. Hallways were dark and stunk with weed and urine. Our room luckily had no odor. We kept our reservation because the room felt clean and we were armed. Not for the elderly, families, or individuals. Safety in numbers. Staff was polite and kind.
