Good price. Good location.

Bed not comfy, bed made boomb noises every time you moved, be it an adult or a 3yr old rolling over in the night. Toilet clogs every time, been here multiple times…. Probably because toilet paper sucks so you have to use a lot. Breakfast was not great, but was edible. Waffles were not done. Biscuits were hard. Gravy tasted off.

Everything was better than average, however, if you would like a window view of outside (morning sun, etc.), don't get an interior room on the first floor: The window opens onto the conference/event center.

We found this hotel is great and the prices was in our range. We stayed at a motel 6 in Good land Kanas and it was only a $4:00 cheaper but it should be tore down.
