We’ve stayed at this hotel twice before and not been charged a pet fee. I was surprised at check-in to be charged a $75 pet fee. That fee is mentioned in small print on your website but near the bottom of the page after I’ve already selected a room and price. I was blindsided by the fee at check-in.

This is a terrific hotel. Highly recommend on every possible front. (I was doing some research at the Eisenhower Presidential Library). The only minor annoyance was that when I working in the lobby the wi-fi (in the lobby not the room) would kick me off every 15 minutes or so and I would have to sign in. But to be clear a terrific hotel overall.

This hotel is beautiful! Beautifully decorated, large meeting areas, dining and sitting areas and large beautiful outdoor sitting with a fireplace and lights. They realky thought of everything you could possibly need. Staff was so friendly. Room studios are spacious and comfortable with a sofa, full kitchen and small table. Very large fitness facility wuth state of the art equipment. The restaurant and Starbucks was closed Christmas Day but the breakfast today (Dec 26th) was awesome. Many good options if you are gluten free, too. Flour and corn tortillas, all the fixings, pulled pork was the best flavor we have ever had, sausage links, pastries, toast, cereals, scrambled eggs, waffles, oatmeal, fresh fruit, yogurts, pretty much everthing. The 2 chefs were making sure food was plentiful, utensils, etc. We enjoyed our stay at this classy, upscale, downtown hotel.
