Our room was clean and comfortable, and the breakfast was good. However, I think $92 for a pet fee is too expensive. Other hotels don't charge this much.

Gym was awesome. We heard a close train blowing through town about 5 or 6 times while we were trying to sleep. It was too loud. The dogs in another room were howling early in the morning. The clerk at check in asked for my spouse's name, even though he did not make the RSVP. We found this odd. No one ever asks this. Also, we are Hilton honor members and she did not give us the waters we normally receive. The property is nice and safe. We would consider it again, but different room. Maybe consider rooming animals on 1 floor? Choose a room on the front sode of the hotel to avoid train noises?

Good stay at the Hampton!

The room was very clean. No smells and bathroom was clean and updated. Comfortable bed. The breakfast had many options. Breakfast area had plenty of room, and was clean. Staff was pleasant and friendly.

Booked a room with 2 queen beds and was given a room with a king and sofa bed. Was told there were no rooms available with 2 queens so we were moved to the suite with a sofa bed. Could have called told me that the rooms was not available. Instead, moved us to a room with an uncomfortable sofa bed and I had no other options but to accept it or pay for 2 rooms. Very disappointed, staff only worried about maintaining the booking.

Staff was nice and helpful. Liked the door used for both the bathroom and closet. Wall paper coming of off front entry way. To much air freshener used in the room and elevators. Surprised at the price for pet. Overall though stay was good and I would recommend the Hotel to others.

Beds were quite comfortable. The room was good size and clean. You may want to look at the caulking around the shower. It is cracked and makes the shower look less clean.

Excellent room!

The room was a suite and was absolutely amazing!! Breakfast was great and so were the staff. Booked it in the wrong town by mistake, but was super happy with the hotel.

The indoor pool was freezing, and water was scuzzy looking. There were no towels available. The girl at check in desk- had to ask us 3 times what our name was. No warm cookies, or fresh lemonade when we arrived as other hotels offer. No staff members checked on us during breakfast. Ice from ice machine on main floor- cloudy. No shelf inside dispenser chute to place ice bucket, or cup on.
