We found that the elevator frightened us each time we used it. Shaking and grinding sounds need an immediate inspection. We observed people who did not have keys waiting outside the pool to gain entrance as we left. Staff security could be improved. Tell us where you are remodeling. A search of all floors Wes needed to find vending machines.
