Room was clean, comfortable, small. The continenal breakfast might have been OK, but on Sunday I it just wasn't. We had you come back to check in: No staff just like Sunday morning but she did return at 7 pm. Buildings look neglected but the room was cleaned and comfortable but there was no climate control to be found.

There was no TV no Internet air conditioning was awful and if we wanted to leave our door would not lock unless we went and got the manager and she could lock the door with her card but I don't like that and the last 2 times I have stayed at this motel it has been the same way no TV no Internet bad dirty room with poor air conditioning

The Budget Lodge Inn is great value for the money. Every room has a microwave and a fridge. Sometimes we would have trouble sleeping but not that night. The bed was firm and super comfy. I would definitely stay here again.

Best night's sleep during the entire trip !

Nice comfortable Mattress, HUGE fluffy King-sized pillows (by any Motel standards). Compact but efficient room, good sized bathroom. I love it when they renovate and reuse rooms in these classic older motels. How many rooms nowadays can you slide open a big window for fresh air ?? Very few... I would stay here again...

Worth it

So… I would probably stay here again. The room was clean and for the price you can’t really beat this place. However, if you’re looking for a quiet evening, maybe you can ask for a room not adjacent to another guest because the walls are paper thin. The place did not look very busy, so I was surprised they booked two rooms right next to each other.

1. Property manager has no clue what her job actually is. 2.The property is falling apart, it is a trip hazard for anyone who stays there. 3.There is no service of any kind, no trash collection, you have to dump your own trash, no dirty linen replacement, you have to ask for fresh towels, washcloths, hand towels,etc. daily, the bathtubs are dangerous they are NOT! slip resistant I had to purchase a bathmat from the local store in order to safely take a shower. 4. The rooms are filthy. I will never stay there again, I will never recommed to anyone to stay there. I could go on because there's a lot more to say but why bother because the Owner/Owners will never change anything!!!! All they care about is how much money they can make!!!! They do not care about their customers safety!!!!.
