We arrived at 5:10 PM to check and room was not ready yet. Lady at front desk wasn’t apologetic, borderline rude. Blamed it on staffing which I 100% believe. No comps offered. Sat in lobby and waited, would have watched the big game on the tv but that didn’t seem to work. Room was available for check in around 530.
