The apartment is located in an exclusive modern complex situated in a rapidly growing residential area, offering all essential amenities within walking distance, including shops, a pharmacy, a post office, and a supermarket. The 90-square-meter apartment is located on the ninth floor of a building equipped with an elevator and is laid out as follows:

Check-in is not possible after midnight, even for a fee. All late check-ins must be arranged and approved by the host.
Early check-in (before 2:00 PM) is only possible if no other guests are checking out on the same day, and therefore can only be confirmed a few days before arrival.

The neighborhood is well-connected thanks to the beltway linking it to downtown Salerno and neighboring areas, as well as a coastal road leading to the Cilento coast.
