A cozy apartment with a terrace, completely renovated and newly furnished, equipped with all the amenities needed to accommodate up to 4 people. The apartment is located in a central neighborhood with easy access to shops, including a pharmacy, post office, and supermarket, just a 7-minute walk from Corso Vittorio Emanuele and the historic center, and only a 10-minute walk from the train station. Near the apartment is the judicial complex, and the Irno highway/highway loop exit is 2 km away.
The 35-square-meter apartment is located on the first floor of a building with an elevator (please note there are 2 steps to reach it) and is laid out as follows:
- Kitchenette equipped with an induction cooktop, mini-refrigerator with freezer compartment, dishwasher, moka pot, toaster, conventional oven, microwave, electric kettle, and blender

7 days before arrival, you will receive instructions on how to register your documents via our Guest Portal and pay the tourist tax due to the City of Salerno, which is EUR 1.50 per night per person for the first 5 nights. Children under 12 are exempt.

The apartment is located in a central neighborhood, just 600 meters from the central train station, in an area offering all the amenities you’ll need during your stay: shops, a pharmacy, a post office, restaurants, and bars. By taking Corso Vittorio Emanuele (a 7-minute walk), you can reach the city center, where you can admire the medieval historic center, which remains intact. Once you reach Piazza Alfano I, you can visit the Cathedral of Salerno, a building that appears simple and unadorned from the outside but becomes increasingly rich in decorations and details as you approach the crypt housing the remains of Saint Matthew—the most significant part of the structure.
