Ottima la posizione vicinissima al mare. L'appartamento è abbastanza ampio, pulito, ristrutturato di recente e climatizzato. La mancanza sia di tapperelle che di tendine (balcone del soggiorno e finestra della camera) e  la vicinanza del palazzo di fronte costringono, per un minimo di riservatezza,  ad utilizzare sempre  nel corso della giornata le tendi oscuranti. Non è  piacevole. In cucina non mancano posate, piatti e bicchieri; per il resto  sono presenti  soltanto una grande pentola di acciaio, una grande padella,  ed uno scolapasta. Perciò preparare un pasto o soltanto riscaldare un sugo o una pietanza già  pronta  è  del tutto impossibile;  non c'è neppure  modo di preparare un the  o un caffe. Mancano anche il forno ed il forno a microonde, mentre è disponibile una lavastoviglie. Basterebbe poco per migliorare e rendere l'alloggio più fruibile e più rispondente alle aspettative.
