The apartment is located just 5 meters from the beach and features a balcony with a sea view, as well as every amenity needed to comfortably accommodate up to 2 people. It is situated in a quiet neighborhood that is also well-served by shops and amenities for a comfortable stay, including a pharmacy, supermarket, and post office. The 50-square-meter apartment is on the third floor of a building with an elevator (please note there are 8 steps to reach it) and is laid out as follows:

Turning the air conditioning and heating on and off is subject to compliance with current Italian regulations (Presidential Decree No. 74 of April 16, 2013, and Ministerial Decree No. 383 of 6.10.2022).
