Quaint Glamping Experience

We enjoyed our stay at The Vintages. The check in was smooth and extremely friendly, both staff members we met were very kind! The small shop is adorable, we ended up purchasing a s’mores kit. The first night we were there the staff left the fire pits on for an additional hour which was so nice! You get what you sign up for, an elevated “glamping” experience. The smell of the toilet water was a bit off putting in such a small space but that was the only thing we took issue with. But like I said, that sort of goes with the camping/glamping experience. Not enough to dissuade us from wanting to come back :) we would have loved for there to be a sponge or scrubby of some kind to wash dishes but it wasn’t a huge deal. The patio with the small grill was perfect for a quick outdoor meal and to roast the marshmallows for smores! Overall we loved the vibes here and it all felt very welcoming. We will be back!

The property is nice. The trailers are cute (but old). It is a fun experience with family and friends. We loved being close to wine country and visiting as many as we could in a short time. My favorite thing to do was ride the bikes that are provided. Big cruisers. Wish I could take one home! The only downside we had was we forgot the bug spray. We sat out by the field with our chairs in the grass to watch the sunset which was beautiful. The bugs had a little snack on our legs :( We will be back again for the 3rd time next year!

Not as good as it used to be

This is the third time I've stayed here and the first time I'm writing an unfavorable review. I've always enjoyed this place but this time my toilet leaked leaving a pool of water on the bathroom floor. I notified them of the problem and when I returned at the end of the day, the floor had been cleaned but the leak persisted requiring me to put on shoes whenever I needed to use the toilet. A real nuisance in the middle of the night. No one communicated with me about whether or not they had tried to fix it or to offer me another trailer or even reduce my rate. I hope this is just a blip and not a harbinger.
