The property is beautiful and clean. The staff is excellent. The bed in room 219 is VERY soft. If that is an issue, ask for another room and check the bed's firmness first. We enjoyed our stay.

My wife and I stay at this hotel twice, every year, during our Christmas travels.The main reason we come back every year is for the stellar breakfast in the morning. This year it switched to cold cuts of lunch type meat and chilled hard boiled eggs. Please go back to the way it was!!!

The room was very clean, staff were friendly and helpful, restaurant dinner was very good. The breakfast wasn’t great, not much more than continental. There were “cheap” biscuits and gravy, wish they were better, and I wish there had been scrambled eggs and bacon/sausage. Very nice location on the river. I would stay here again but go elsewhere for breakfast.

When arriving, there was no one at the front desk and it took over 10 minutes for an employee to greet me and check me in. Room was nice and clean. Mattress was just ok. Breakfast food was not good. Orange juice and coffee was watered down. Food cold.
