A delightful stay in a recently remodeled hotel! The room was spacious, comfortable, and beautifully updated, with bedding that made for a great night’s sleep. We especially appreciated the thoughtful bathroom layout, which separated the shower from the sink and mirror area. Arriving a little early was no problem—the staff welcomed us warmly and accommodated our needs with ease. Heather, in particular, was exceptionally friendly and professional, and the cleaning team was equally kind and attentive. Heather’s welcoming approach and hotel expertise made our stay truly special. Thank you for a memorable experience!

The hotel room furnishings were dated and worn, and the bathroom showed signs of poor maintenance. I chose this property for its advertised onsite EV charger, but there was only a single Level 2 charging port, which meant waiting my turn. On the positive side, the staff were excellent—always friendly and eager to assist.

They put us in room 118 which is right by the side exit / entry door without telling us the door slams and risking if we are ok with that. We requested a 1st floor room because we were traveling with a dog. Around 11 I called the front desk to see if they could do anything about it. The only thing they could do is put a note on the door or move us to another room on the 2nd floor. We were already in bed and elected not to move all our items. We had 2 CPAP machines set up and a dog crate set up (that is on us for not wanting to move after we were all settled). The slamming door went on all night making it a very long sleepless night. The heat in the room would not turn off despite changing the thermostat to off. It got up to 88 degrees in the room, which also did not help.

The room was clean when we arrived, but the cleaning solution that they used was so overpowering it made my eyes water. Later we noticed that there was an infestation of sugar ants in the room.

I will say that the room was great. Clean, spacious and with fluffy white sheets. The hotel staff were friendly and professional. But the breakfast was a big disappointment. I was handed a voucher for a diner outside. It was atrocious. The coffee was undrinkable and the eggs swam in oil. Eating there was quite simply disgusting. For the price paid I think a decent cup of coffee for breakfast is not a big ask.
