Welcome to your home-away-from-home in Salem, MO! This 3-bedroom, 2-bath updated cottage is the perfect retreat for families, friends, or couples - and your dogs are right at home, too.

✦Sleeping
The house has three bedrooms, each separated from the others. Two front bedrooms feature king-sized beds with quality hybrid mattresses for a great sleep. The third back bedroom has a queen-sized bed with a tempurpedic mattress, an ensuite bathroom and clawfoot tub. For extra flexibility, a full-sized air mattress and a portable crib are also available.

✦Baths
The front bathroom has a tub/shower combo with a curved shower rod and lots of toiletries available in the vanity. In the back bathroom located adjacent to the queen bedroom, you’ll find a vintage clawfoot soaking tub that’s ready for a relaxing bath.

Feel right at home with tons of amenities. Our living room features an electric indoor fireplace for cozy evenings and a collection of our favorite board games. The fully equipped kitchen is ready for cooking, with modern appliances, ample counter space, and plenty of cookware. There is a fully fenced backyard, perfect for your four-legged friends, with a propane fire pit, a BBQ for grilling, and plenty of chairs. The cottage is fully supplied with toiletries and items you may need, so you can spend your time relaxing once you’re here.

A bright gem!

The house is set up very nicely with lots of attention to what makes a place comfortable and relaxing. It is bright and inviting and clean. The beds were comfortable and the bedroom decor was soothing and inviting. The kitchen and bathrooms were fully equipped with plenty of utensils/plates/gadgets/etc and the bathrooms had plenty of quality towels (hand and bath size) and no shortage of quality paper products and bath/kitchen/laundry accessories. Great stay and loved the fact that we could take our dog! Would absolutely book again.

The house is so cute, and immaculate. The kitchen is roomy and the host provides some essentials. The beds are very comfortable and the a/c works great. Perfect weekend getaway for float trip

We loved the space, very clean and comfortable beds! Six of us came down for a float trip from Cedar Grove to Akers Ferry and this was the perfect spot for non-campers. Everything was super clean and the kitchen was fully stocked with cookware so we were easily able to make our own meals. Would definitely return!
