The staff were very kind and friendly. The property is a bit old, but seems to be well-maintained and it sounded like there may be some updates in the works. Although it's not as close to downtown as some other options, the location was easy to get to and there were some great restaurants and shops nearby, including a very cute cafe just behind the hotel in a former bank. I would definitely stay here again.

It was easy enough to check in and the lobby looked nice and clean. We were greeted in our room by a large spider on the wall but I get that could happen almost anywhere. Room was clean enough, beds pretty comfy, sparse on the towels, plenty of parking, This is a decent place to stay if you just need somewhere to sleep.

There were ants all over our room! We asked for a new room and ant spray which we got. There were still 6 ants in our new room by the next morning. Torn curtains, chipped tub, no way to keep water in the tub, no plug. The room was spacious and we have stayed here for years, VERY run down, will never stay again

This hotel is as basic as basic gets. But it was clean and nice. Just don’t show up thinking there is gonna be USB chargers on the desk or super fast WiFi (it was pretty slow). But for the price it was as advertised.
