Dirty, not clean at all

Stuff not responding and not caring. Breakfast area dirty. Rooms not clean. We found spiders on the room as well ants.

Hotel was good and really worth for the price. However, we couldn't get the apartment we reserved thru hotel.com. We reserved 4 bed room apartment; but when we reached there, the reception told that there is no reservation under my name. We really disappointed and fortunately they had another 2 bed room two apartments vacant at that time. Otherwise we would be in a big trouble.

Warning - dishonest reservation policy

Our stay started with a very unpleasant surprise. We arrived (driving from UAE) around 00:30-1:00am. I was informed then that due to not showing up before midnight our room (3 nights) have been sold to someone else. I received no information about such "policy", nor I was called to confirm whether we're coming or not. In the result of my argument with the hotel staff we've been offered an 'emergency room' (without fridge and TV) for the first night and relocation to another room the next day. In the end we did stay in the hotel, however the situation we were put in was outrageous and costed us some late night stress having in mind perspective of searching for another place to stay till late AM.

Worst hotel I ever stayed at

Very dirty and noisy, children were playing and knocking on the door, I left my door open for 1 mint and found a child in the middle of my room !! , staff were knocking my door ( with a don't disturb note on the door) and calling me to check out one night earlier !! On the checkin I found pee on the toilet that was not cleaned before my checkin and when I complained they cleaned it with the face towel with only water!!!! they don't even understand English. Worst experience I have ever had.
