Offered by COMO LAC. Stay in our charming tiny house in the heart of historic Sala Comacina, one of Lake Como’s authentic villages, located directly across from the lake’s only island, Isola Comacina.

This cozy studio accommodates up to 4 guests and features a mezzanine bedroom accessible by stairs, plus a comfortable sofa bed in the living area. The property includes air conditioning, a bathroom with a walk-in shower, a coffee and tea corner, and a refrigerator.

Ideally located within walking distance of Sala Beach, local restaurants, and the ferry station, it is the perfect base for exploring Lake Como. It is easily accessible by public transportation via the ferry network or the C110 bus. Milan Malpensa Airport (MXP) is approximately 1 hour away by car. Public parking is available within a 3–5-minute walk, subject to availability.

Please note that access to the property involves several steep flights of stairs. Therefore, the accommodation may not be suitable for guests with reduced mobility or difficulty climbing stairs.
