Charming stone and wood cabin nestled in the hills of Sala Comacina , surrounded by a truly unique natural setting—perfect for those seeking a peaceful escape into the nature of the Lake Como hills. Ideal for couples, families, or groups of friends who love the outdoors and want to explore the surroundings while enjoying serene evenings immersed in nature.
The cabin is part of a property with two recently renovated mountain lodges , both reachable only via a dirt road accessible with a small off-road vehicle. From the cabins, you can easily access the Greenway del Lago di Como , local farmhouses, mountain biking trails, the famous Cima di Sala , and much more.
The two cabins offer two distinct types of experiences :


Mariett is more minimal and rustic, perfect for groups of friends and can host up to 5 guests.


La Lidia , on the other hand, is more refined and elegant, comfortably accommodating 4 people in two separate bedrooms, plus a fifth on the sofa bed. The master bedroom offers a romantic, unforgettable view of Isola Comacina .


La Lidia Cabin – Layout & Features
The cabin is spread across two levels:


Ground floor : spacious living area with sofa, fireplace, dining table, and an open kitchen.


Upper floor : master bedroom with stunning window view of Isola Comacina, a second bedroom with bunk beds, and a stylish bathroom with sink, toilet, bidet, and walk-in shower.


Hot water is provided by an electric boiler (approx. 80 liters), and heating is through the fireplace in the living room.

This is a genuine mountain experience in direct contact with nature. The cabin is reachable:


By small 4x4 , quad , mountain bike , or on foot via a cobbled trail (approx. 700 meters, partly steep).


While the house is always cleaned and checked before your stay, it’s set in nature—so the occasional insect guest may appear.
We believe these characteristics are part of the charm and provide a truly immersive experience .


The cabin comes with bed linens and towels for all guests , and a welcome kit with oil, salt, pepper, coffee, pods, shampoo, shower gel, dish soap, and toilet paper.
Given its remote location, we also offer a small Trust Shop , stocked with essential items guests can purchase on-site.
