An excellent hotel a few minutes walk from Seibu-Chichibu station which has both train and bus connections. Lots of dining and shopping options around including at the station itself. Easy walk to main areas including Chichibu Shrine. Ohanabatake station is also very near to visit other places such as Nagatoro. 7-Eleven and Family Mart close to hotel. Staff very helpful, rooms clean and good breakfast selection. Would definitely recommend.

Our room was nice and clean, but not good for our elder who was using a walker. The bathroom required a step up which she could not make with her walker. Doorway also had a riser that made handicap access challenging. Breakfast was so so.

ツインで道路に面した見晴らしの良いお部屋で満足でした。喫煙のお部屋で入った時タバコ臭がありましたが空気清浄機で臭いは幾分おさまりました。 朝食ビュッフェも付いていて満足でした。唯一残念なのはエアコンの設定が古いタイプのものだったことです。

駅近なのに静かでとても過ごしやすいホテルでした。ロケーションも真正面ではないですが、武甲山が見えて何度もお外を眺めました(笑)。 清掃も行き届いていて、特にお部屋にある電気ポットの中は水垢ひとつなく、素晴らしく衛生的でした。 スタッフさん達の対応もとても感じ良かったです。 それとウエルカムドリンクのコーヒー、とても美味しかったです！
