Overall, the Kensington Hotel was clean and the staff was friendly, which I appreciated. However, during my 3-night, 4-day stay, the issue with ants in the room was never resolved, which was quite troublesome. I felt sorry for the slide and the kids' play. It's a pity that Kenidek is available only late because it's a weekday. The balcony view was so pretty and the service was nice. The sailing service was attractive because you could see the beautiful sea far away. The person who gave me a sailing ride was so kind and it was the best experience.

The property is unique and definitely caters to the Asian visitors. Beautiful room, spacious. Cons: sewer smell on ground floor near restaurant, front desk told us it would be less expensive to purchase meals through them than at the dining places onsite. This was not true- it was MORE expensive. I told them this at checkout and no offer to make anything right. Pool was nice and view extraordinary.

The property was nice, clean & modern, very comfortable room, except AC was extremely week The pools & grounds were nice The TV had limited channels & no high def, so quality was low.
