A pretty, peaceful apartment

A great place to stay to visit both the town of Saintes-Mairies and also the Carmague. A quiet flat very central and convenient with friendly & helpful host.

Zentrale Wohnung

Die Wohnung war sauber und liegt sehr zentral und nur 1-2 min von einem Supermarkt und ca. 7 min zu Fuß vom Strand entfernt. Die Lage ist absolut top. Der Parkplatz und die Wohnung ist mit einem Tor gesichert.Das Badezimmer wurde modernisiert. Der Rest ist, wie auf den Bildern ersichtlich, schon in die Jahre gekommen. Es ist jedoch authentisch. Das Schlafsofa ist nicht sehr bequem, ging aber für ein paar Tage. Das obere Bett haben wir nicht genutzt, da die Treppen für die kleinen Kinder zu steil wären und es oben auch zu heiß war. Die Küchenausstattung war wie beschrieben und wirklich ausreichend gut.In der Anzeige stand, dass die Bettwäsche und Handtücher inklusive wären. Wir erhielten jedoch kurz vor Anreise eine Nachricht vom Eigentümer, dass wir alles selbst mitbringen sollten. Jedoch wies ich auf die Beschreibung hin und er stellte uns auch ohne Weiteres die Wäsche kostenfrei zur Verfügung. France, der Eigentümer, antwortete immer sehr schnell und war freundlich. Kommunikation lief jedoch ausschließlich auf französisch. Ich nutzte ein Übersetzungsprogramm. Persönlich haben wir ihn nicht angetroffen.Danke an France für den Aufenthalt!

Piacevole Appartamento

La casa è piccola e ben disposta. Ottimo il parcheggio e la posizione. Il mare e il centro città sono vicinissimi! A pochi passi anche un supermercato disponibile. Noi eravamo in due e ci siamo trovati bene!

Superbe séjour au cœur des Saintes-Maries

Merci à France et Claude qui ont été très accueillant et d'une gentillesse avec nous. Nous avons passé un agréable séjour au cœur des Saintes-Maries. Appartement idéalement situé au pied de tout, de la mer et du centre ville, nous avons pu tout faire à pied grâce à la place de parking privative ce qui est très appréciable. Nous y reviendrons avec plaisir.

Super séjour

Trés agréable séjour dans une résidence sécurisée et idéalement situee, à 5mn de la plage, à 5mn du centre ville et à côté du supermarché ! Logement bien équipé avec grand coin cuisine et des lits confortables. Nous reviendrons !

Netter Ort, gute Lage, Unterkunft ok.

Die Lage des Objekts ist prima, wenn es einem nichts ausmacht, ein paar Meter zu Fuß zu gehen um an den Strand oder zum Ortskern zu kommen. Einen Supermarkt findet man „um die Ecke“. Die Ausstattung ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Insbesondere die Betten könnten eine Erneuerung vertragen. Auch entsprechen die dunklen Bodenfliesen nicht mehr aktuellem Geschmack. Gerade in Anbetracht des doch eher kleinen Wohnraums wäre eine hellere Ausstattung sicherlich fröhlicher und angenehmer. Gut ist, dass wirklich alles da ist, was man braucht. Parkplatz, Klimaanlage, Wasch- und Spülmaschine…. Die Vermieterin France ist freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Unterkunft ist aber wirklich etwas beengt, wenn man mehr als nur zu zweit ist. Wir hatten zunächst nur zu zweit geplant und Waren dann doch zu dritt. M.E. Ist die Unterkunft dafür schon zu klein (obgleich theoretisch sogar 6 Schlafplätze vorhanden sind). Insgesamt aber ganz ok und durchaus (für 2 Personen) empfehlenswert. Zum Ort: Saintes Maries ist ein netter (aber ausschließlicher) Badeort. Man kann dort prima Strandurlaub verbringen. Allerdings gibt es dort extrem viele Mosquitos! Tatsächlich waren es in der Zeit unseres Aufenthalts Ende August/Anfang Sptember so viele (bissfreudige), dass es uns den Aufenthalt etwas verleidet hat….

L'appartement est très bien situé, avec toutes les commodités aux alentours. Tous les équipements sont là, avec bcp de vaisselle notamment ce qui est bien pratique. Mme Bessonnaud est très disponible et très accueillante. merci encore pour ce séjour !

Schöner Aufenthalt

Das Gesamtobjekt, war ziemlich sauber. Es lag in einer gesicherten, ruhigen Wohnanlage mit eigenem Stellplatz. Die Lage zum größten örtlichen Supermarkt war ideal ca. 75m, so dass man kein Auto für den einkauf benötigt. Die Lage zu den Stränden ist ebenfall ssehr gut. Der Balkon lag mittags un dabens im Schatten. Lediglich bein Frühstück schien die Sonne in den für mehr als drei Personen engen Balkon. Einen Sonnenschirm gab es leider nicht. Das Verhältnis zur Vermieterin war lediglich dadurch etwas getrübt, dass die auf deutsch vorhandene Anzeige zum einen wesentlich weniger Angaben enthält, als die franz. Originalanzeige und darüberhinaus teilweise nicht der Originalanzeige entsprach, bzw. in einem von der Originalanzeige abweichenden Sinn verstanden werden kann.

Petit appart sympa, confortable, très propre, situé dans une résidence agréable, sécurisée et très calme. Très bien situé, on fait tout à pieds, c'est parfait. On s'est senti très bien dans ce lieu et on y reviendra très certainement. Très agréable séjour.
