Hyggeligt lille hus. IfÞlge beskrivelsen til 4 personer, men det passer bedst til 2 voksne med bÞrn, da der ikke er nogen egentlig rum adskillelse mellem sovevÊrelse og resten af huset, de 2 personer skal overnatte pÄ en sovesofa i stuearealet.Ellers velfungerende.

Toller Aufenthalt in einer schönen Maisonette-Ferienwohnung einer Gated Community auf einem HĂŒgel mit fantastischer Aussicht auf das Meer. Funktionelle Einrichtung mit kompletter KĂŒche und Waschmaschine. Auf der oberen Etage ist das Bad und ein grosses Doppelbett, auf der unteren Etage ein klappbares Schlafsofa, die KĂŒche, Waschmaschine sowie die tolle Terrasse. Die Highlights sind die auf dem GelĂ€nde mitbenutzbaren 3 TennisplĂ€tze und ein sehr grosser Swimmingpool. Die PlĂ€tze können unkompliziert beim Platzwart (Regisseur) reserviert werden. Der Pool hat sogar einen eigenen Bademeister. Privater Parkplatz vor der Wohnung. Distanz zum Strand mit dem Auto 5 Minuten. Zusammenfassend ein toller Aufenthalt in einer schönen Ferienunterkunft in bester Lage.

Ein sehr schöner Ort um komplett zu entspannen

Uns hat es sehr gut gefallen! TatsÀchlich ist das HÀuschen etwas in die Jahre gekommen, hat uns aber nicht wirklich gestört! Man hat da alles was man braucht. Wir kommen sehr gern wieder! Danke erik!

Beautiful view and pratical nice authentic house

It was a pleasure to spend one week in the villa studio of Erik, the house is very well located in a nice résidence, it is confortable, practical and équiped for a family ( one children 12y.o). I will be happy to come back!

Apartment in Sante-Maxim

Das ist eine schöne, grĂŒne Anlage mit mehreren HĂ€uschen. Das ist eine etwas Ă€ltere Anlage, die HĂ€user sind schon alle in die Jahre gekommen. Dementsprechend ist natĂŒrlich auch die Einrichtung und das Bad. Uns hat es aber weiterhin nicht gestört. Schließlich haben wir ein Apartment zu einem erschwinglich Preis gesucht. Die Bilder des Inserats sind sehr genau. Also, wer etwas modernes sucht, ist hier falsch. Uns haben ein wenig die gekachelten Betonklötze auf der Terrasse irritiert. Ist aber wahrscheinlich Geschmackssache. Die Anlage liegt auf einem Berg und man hat einen wunderschönen Blick auf das Meer. Das Meer ist dann fast nur mit dem Auto zu erreichen (manche sind tatsĂ€chlich zu Fuß gelaufen). FĂŒr uns aber auch kein Problem, da wir eh mit dem Auto anreisen und meistens die wunderschönen Buchten in der Umgebung besuchen. Der Gemeinschaftspool ist fußlĂ€ufig in 5 Minuten zu erreichen. Direkt am Pool befindet sich auch ein kleines Restaurant. Dort hat man auch die Möglichkeit jeden Morgen Baguettes zu bestellen. Da die Einkaufsmöglichkeiten schon etwas weiter vom Apartment weg liegen, ist es sehr bequem.

schöne Ferienwohnung mit tollem Ausblick

Die Ferienwohnung liegt etwas oberhalb vom Stadtzentrum.Mit dem Auto ist man in knapp 5 Minuten unten am Strand.Die Ferienwohnung so wie die KĂŒche sind gut ausgestattet.Das ein oder andere in der Wohnung ist zwar schon ein bisschen in die Jahre gekommen, aber bei dem Preis darf man auch keine Luxuswohnung erwarten.Eigentlich ist alles da was man braucht. Leider gibt es kein WLAN.Uns hat das aber nicht gestört, da wir den ganzen Tag unterwegs waren.Auf der Terrasse hat man einen schönen Ausblick auf das Meer.Die Schlafgelegenheiten sind aber eher fĂŒr eine Familie mit Kindern ausgelegt, da das obere Bett etwas kleiner als die gewohnten 1,80m ist.DafĂŒr ist die Schlafcouch grĂ¶ĂŸer.Also fĂŒr 4 Erwachsene wird es dann etwas kuschelig. Das PreisleistungsverhĂ€ltnis ist absolut top. Wir hatten einen schönen Urlaub.
