Closed, it offers a bright and sheltered space, perfect for enjoying the view in any season, even when the weather is cooler. Open, it gives way to a large space open to the outside, ideal for taking full advantage of the beautiful summer days.

In its extension, comes the terrace in a green setting with this magnificent "sea view" which totally bewitched us (Parasol available).

In the estate, you will enjoy a large communal swimming pool, a wading pool for the little ones, a ping-pong table and a petanque court.., you will have a parking space in front of the apartment.

You will be next to the botanical garden, 5 minutes walk from the sea and 15 minutes walk from the center and all amenities.
