Romantic luxury villa on a large lot with ocean views. Secluded, quiet, and very private. Completely renovated in 2022. Fully air-conditioned and heated. Modernly furnished in a Scandi-chic style. All bedrooms have their own en-suite bathrooms (2 on the upper floor, 2 on the first floor, and 2 in the basement with natural light). Heated pool from May through October, 15 m x 6 m. Beach with swimming access is a 5-minute walk away; restaurants are 10 minutes away. Very well-maintained, quiet estate.
Sainte-Maxime, with its shops, casino, restaurants, weekly market, and night market, is a 10-minute drive away. Ferry to Saint-Tropez (Bateaux Vers) departs from the Sainte-Maxime harbor or from Les Issambres. On-site property management.

The pool was not heated upon our arrival. Granted it was off season but the listing did state that it would be. The home is beautiful and well cared for. The concierge service that manages it was fantastic! They are able to heat the pool upon request though it sounded as though there maybe a fee for doing so. It takes several days to heat it so please plan ahead.
