Appartement conforme Ă  la description sans mauvaise surprise

AccÚs légÚrement difficile pour des personnes ùgées pas trÚs valides, nombreuses marches entre le parking et l'appartement. AccÚs piscine avec de nombreuses marches également. Voiture nécessaire pour les commerces. A part ce petit bémol , appartement bien tenu , trÚs agréable, draps et linge de toilette fournis de bonne qualité , grand frigo et grande TV . Environnement superbe.

Nous avons Ă©tĂ© déçus par le logement. L'hĂŽte n’avait pas prĂ©vu de produits de premiĂšre nĂ©cessitĂ© (papier toilette, Ă©ponge pour la vaiselle), les serviettes mises Ă  disposition Ă©taient encore mouillĂ©es et sales, les draps du lit n'Ă©taient pas propre et sentaient le renfermĂ©, le sol poussiĂ©reux et la terrasse Ă©tait inexploitable.Malheureusement, le prix est bien trop Ă©levĂ© pour ce que c’est. NĂ©anmoins, l’emplacement est bon et la rĂ©sidence est sĂ©curisĂ©e.

TrĂšs belle vue mer depuis la terrasse, c'est le point fort de cet appartement.Il manque cependant du rangement pour les vĂȘtements et les chaises hautes de la cuisine sont trĂšs inconfortables.En revanche les propriĂ©taires sont Ă  l'Ă©coute et ont le souci de nous satisfaire.

Un appartement qui Ă©tait trĂšs apprĂ©ciable et fonctionnel que ce soit en piĂšce Ă  vivre ou matĂ©riel de cuisine ou cĂŽtĂ© sommeil. Cette location nous a permis de nous vider la tĂȘte et dans un endroit trĂšs calme avec le panorama trĂšs trĂšs jolie.
