Luxury Apartment with panoramic sea view in the Golf of St. Tropez

The luxurious apartment "Pearl Beach 28" located in the Golf of Saint Tropez has been completely renovated in 2015 with high end materials. It has a large sitting room with a big couch, a 55 HD TV with international channels, an i-Pod unit and a large dining table that seats 6 people. The dining room as well as the living room have big sliding doors that open up to the large terrace. The open kitchen is completely equipped and has also access to the 50 qm terrace that offers sunny and shady areas and outstanding panoramic see views.
The designer lounge corner, the high end wicker dining set and the Weber Grill create a very relaxing holiday atmosphere.
The two designer bedrooms with comfortable kingsize beds have access to the second terrace. Both rooms are very quiet. The bathroom impresses with its two natural stone sinks and a spacious, floor level shower and separate toilet.
All rooms are airconditioned and have blinds and shutters. Every room has Wifi.
The two stoy apartment building is located just minutes away from the beach, but away from the traffic.

Spacious apartment with lovely view

Enjoyed our week in this apartment. Beautiful sea view from the balcony. Easy walk down to the beach. Apartment spacious, well equipped and the air conditioning in the main bedroom helped to cool the apartment down. Check-in and check-out quick and easy.Friendly welcome and good communication.

Bel appartement très confortable avec large terrasse et vue mer. Particulièrement bien équipé dans les moindres détails (décanteur, seau à glaçons,...). Propreté impeccable. Plage facilement accessible à pied, parking public + parking prévu pour les résidents. Situation dans cadre verdoyant non loin du centre de Sainte Maxime (en voiture) parfait pour découvrir la région!

Great apartment but not in summer

This is a great apartment, well decorated and walking distance to beach. However, the description is false. There is no parking. There is a public parking 200 m from door but be prepared to fight with 1000s other beach goers. The apartment is not air conditioned. One bedroom only is air conditioned (obviously insufficient for a full sized place in summer). Only one bed is 200 cm wide, the other is only 140 cm. As for the lovely pictured out door terrace furniture, it was largely gone. There were only 3 chairs left and we were 4. Absolutely ridiculous! Then there is wonderful Weber BBQ on the terrace. We used it once and the neighbours complained and we were banned from using it again (so no BBQs on our summer vacation) :-( The lady who received us simply said, Ah well that is normal to all our complaints.. These problems, especially the AC and parking really annoyed us during our stay in St-Maxime. We would never have rented this property in August.

Wunderbar und sehr schön

Wir fanden das Apartment genau so vor wie es auf den Bildern zu sehen ist. Sehr schön eingerichtet mit toller Terrasse und allen Annehmlichkeiten in Bezug auf Ausstattung die man sich wünschen kann. Der Check-in und Check-Out waren unkompliziert und angenehm. Das einzige was fehlt ist ein Sonnenschirm für die Terrasse.

Tolle ausgestattete Wohnung mit Meerblick

Die Wohnung ist sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet und sehr sauber. Die Nähe zum Strand ( walking distance) und der Parkplatz sind super. Die Terrasse ist überdacht und auch bei Regen sehr gut zu nutzen. Die Ausstattung der Küche ist „fast“ wie zuhause - schärfere Messer wären schön. ;-) Ein Ventilator/Aircon für das zweite Schlafzimmer wäre empfehlenswert. Nach Ste. Maxime Centre ist ein Auto jedoch notwendig . Die Vermieter u. Ansprechpartner vor Ort sind sehr nett und unkompliziert. Hat alles super geklappt. Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen.

Très jolie appartement, tout comfort, belle vue mer et belle terrasse non loin de la mer. Absolument à recommander. Comme on a séjourné danns cette appartement en mois de Décembre on ne pouvaient malheureusement pas profiter de la terrasse, vu le temps.

Unkompliziert alles gewesen. Die Wohnung ist gut. Eine Sonnenschirm auf der terasse wäre gut. Man braucht vielleicht in der Küche ein paar wirklich scharfe messer, falls man kochen will. Im bad und Toilette eine Lüftung. Und die Klimaanlage evtl im Flur, oder noch eine zweite im Wohnzimmer. Sonst gute Lage zum Strand!

Wunderschönes, stilvoll eingerichtetes Appartement an einem sehr ruhigen Platz

Hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt in Ihrem luxuriös ausgestatteten Appartement, in welchem es uns an Nichts gefehlt hat. Es ist eine sehr ruhige Gegend, verkehrstechnisch perfekt erschlossen und den Strand erreicht man zu Fuß in wenigen Minuten. Alles in Allem ein wunderschöner Aufenthalt und sehr zu empfehlen!

Wunderschönes, toll ausgestattetes Appartement in ruhiger Lage

Wir haben als vierköpfige Familie acht wundervolle Tage im Oktober in diesem Appartement verbracht. 5 Minuten zu Fuß zum Strand, 8 Minuten mit dem Auto ins Zentrum von Sainte-Maxime. In der Wohnung war alles vorhanden, was man als Selbstversorger braucht - und noch mehr: Waschmaschine, Bügeleisen, Grill und eine große Terrasse, die allerdings im Oktober nur am Rand Sonne abbekommt. Wir machen schon seit Jahren Urlaub in Appartements, meist in Italien. Dieses war mit Abstand das schönste, sehr zu empfehlen!

Perfekte Woche

Wir waren zu viert in der Wohnung und wären gerne noch viel länger geblieben. Die Ferienwohnung ist wirklich wunderschön eingerichtet und sehr gehoben. Auf der Terrasse hat man einen wunderbaren Blick und kann sich entspannen. Hier ist sowohl eine große Lounch als auch ein großer Tisch für 6 Personen. Durch den sehr nahen Strand konnte jeder von uns so viel Sonne tanken, wie er wollte und auch mal für einen Snack hoch laufen. Durch die Lage war es auf der Terasse immer angenehm und ein paar ° kühler als auf der Straße. An der Ausstattung hat nichts gefehlt. Mikrowelle mit Ofenfunktion, Kaffeemaschine, Waschmaschine, Geschirrspüler, Webergrill, .... alles war vorhanden. Wir könnten uns alle vorstellen hier noch einmal einen Urlaub zu verbringen.
