Situation idéale

Appartement en tous points conforme à la description donnée dans l'annonce. Situation idéale, soit à 100 mètres de la plage publique et à 10 minutes à pieds du centre-ville. Place de parc dans parking privé ouvert à tous. Logement fonctionnel, refait partiellement à neuf. Clim dans toutes les pièces. Etat de propreté laissant à désirer à l'arrivée, dommage !

Très bien situé

Très bon logement. Il faudrait un double vitrage dans les chambres car nous entendons vraiment tout et cela est très dérangeant la nuit. Sinon très bien situé ( a proximité de tout). Il y a la Clim dans les deux chambres et c’est appréciable. Il ne manque rien.

Toller Meerblick

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt in dem Haus. Die Lage ist top. Das Zentrum mit dem Markt, Lebensmittel Geschäften und Restaurants sind fussläufig erreichbar. Vom Schlafzimmer mit Terrasse hat man einen traumhaften Meerblick. Nur die Wendeltreppe zum oberen Stockwerk ist etwas gewöhnungsbedürftig.
