Zentrale Lage, geräumige Wohnung

Schöne, geräumige Wohnung in zentraler aber ruhiger Lage. Modern eingerichtet, Sehr gut ausgestattete Küche und Bad vor Kurzem modernisiert. Entgegen früherer Rezensionen gibt’s auch eine Mikrowelle und Nespresso-Kapselmaschine. Garten rundum umgezäunt, Hunde können nicht ausreissen. TV leider nur mit Programmen. Wlan (Aufpreis) per Zusatzgerät (LTE-Router/5GB p.Tag) von der Agentur. Verbindung instabil, viele Seiten/Apps nicht zu öffnen. IT-Support sehr bemüht aber nur bedingt hilfreich.

Sehr schöne, geräumige Wohnung, zentral aber ruhig gelegen. Moderne Einrichtung. Bad und Küche vor nicht allzu langer Zeit renoviert. Küche sehr gut ausgestattet. Moderner Herd. Anders als in früheren Rezensionen beschrieben gibt es durchaus eine Mikrowelle und sowohl Filter-Kaffeemaschine als auch Nespresso Kapselmaschine. Garten komplett umzäunt, Hunde können nicht entwischen. Das Wlan muss separat gebucht werden und wird von der Vermietungsagentur in Form eines kleinen Gerätes (LTE-Router) bereitgestellt. Leider hatten wir damit grosse Problem die auch der

Nette Wohnung

Insgesamt empfehlenswert. Zum Bäcker und Supermarkt 300 m. Zum Strand 750 m. Es gibt kein Fenster mit direkter Sonneneinstrahlung. Trotzdem wurde es bei 35 Grad Außentemperatur sehr warm. Leider funktionierte die Klimaanlage nicht und wurde auch nicht repariert. Das Kindergetrampel bis spät abends war schon ungewöhnlich heftig. Trotzdem würden wir diese Wohnung wieder buchen.

Schöne Wohnung und guter Lage.

Die Ausstattung der Wohnung ist toll und auch die Betten waren komfortabel. Wegen einer sehr starken Moskitoplage konnten wir den Garten nur wenig nutzen. Moskitonetze wären daher gut! Es gibt 1 am Schlafzimmer. Leider hatten wir mit unseren Nachbarn über uns Probleme. An 12 Tagen war es ab 21:00 Uhr extrem laut, oft bis 01:00. Erst dachten wir es wäre nur eine Ausnahme, es war ein Kind welches wirklich sehr sehr laut schrie, weinte und auf den Boden trampelte, fast ohne Pausen. (Nur 500 Zeich)

Content, séjour très agréable, je recommande !

La location est très bien située, à 5 min du supermarché et 10 min de la plage et du centre de Sainte Maxime à pied. Logement agréable, calme, peu accueillir un petit animal de compagnie, bien équipé, la Clim est très appréciable avec les fortes chaleurs. Les seuls bémols sont les voisins du dessus qui déménagent les meubles à partir de 23h minuit, l’accessibilité de la terrasse est limitée car elle nous réserve une attaque de moustiques et le lit du salon aurait besoin d’un nouveau matelas.

Très bon WE!

Conforme aux photos et descriptif. Le Calme et l’extérieur sont des vrais plus. Centre ville et plage facilement accessibles à pieds. L’escale était parfaite pour nous.
