– A large L-shaped terrace, with a panoramic view of the sea, where you can see Marin, Sainte-Anne, and Sainte-Lucie, composed of a garden furniture, and a dining table
– 3 independent bedrooms with 140cm double beds
– 2 bathrooms/WCs with walk-in showers
– A very functional fitted kitchen
– A large living room, with TV, sofa…
Villa Livia is ideally located, on the heights of Sainte-Luce, at:
– 4 minutes from the beaches of Sainte-Luce, including ""anse corps de garde"", which has small restaurants and is supervised
– 20 minutes from Lamentin airport
– 15 minutes from Diamant and Marin
