Lovers of wood for its noble and warm character, the owners have given it a place of honor both inside and out: pine framework, exposed beams, and a deck of over 200 m². Wide open to the outdoors and facing the Caribbean Sea, the entire villa exudes a gentle way of life. Facing the sea, the centerpiece consists of a fully equipped American-style kitchen and a living room.

Villa Goyave features three simple yet comfortable bedrooms. In the master bedroom, which opens onto the terrace, you’ll find a 160×200 cm bed topped with a mosquito net. Adjacent to the bedroom are a walk-in closet and a bathroom with a corner bathtub.

The second bedroom, decorated in soft tones, is equipped with two 80×200 cm beds.

The third bedroom, smaller in size, is a children’s room furnished with a single bed and a trundle bed.

These two bedrooms share an ethnic-style shower room featuring mosaic tiles topped with an animal frieze. Two glass basins rest on a wooden cabinet.

The covered terrace is the heart of the villa. Facing the sea, it allows you to enjoy the gentle tropical climate while staying protected from the sun. A cozy sitting area with a wicker sofa is perfect for sipping a local apéritif before enjoying your meal at a teak table. The deck is a true relaxation space, at the center of which stands a rounded swimming pool.
