It is located in the heart of a 14-hectare Natura 2000 classified park, where the fauna and flora are protected for the respect of our nature.
The park is not a campground, there are no entertainment, grocery stores and food service.
It is an atypical place with a 7-hectare lake and a pond where you will have the opportunity to fish, canoe and pedal boat for free.
You can swim in a delimited area of the lake with its small sandy beach.
Indulge in the joys of swimming in our swimming pool and wading pool for the little ones
As the lake and pool are not supervised, children are under adult supervision.

The park is located between land and sea, the green setting of the interior and barely 20 km from the most beautiful beaches of Charente. You will not be bored, you will find many activities and visits to do in our beautiful region of Charente-Maritime. It will keep you busy with its riches (large beaches, visits, hikes, mountain bike rides, oyster and wine testings, cultural and nautical activities, and many summer markets.
Nearby, you will stroll along the narrow streets of Mornac-sur-seudre, a village classified as one of the most beautiful villages in France. Let yourself be guided in the heart of the bee house and its guided tours (10 km away), through the Magné farm (4 km away) or the village of the fountain (2 km away)
Let yourself be drawn in by a sea cruise to get a closer look at the boyar fort.
The zoo of La Palmyre, 30 km from Cadeuil, will enchant young and old alike
