Located in the heart of the Entre-deux-Mers vineyards, near our family winery (certified "Bienvenue à la Ferme" and farm produce), our rural cottage welcomes you for a stay with family or friends. To relax, you'll have access to a large shaded garden with a pleasant view of the vineyards and an outdoor cooking area. The ground floor features a bright and spacious main room with a fully equipped kitchen, dining room, office, and fireplace insert, a large bedroom with a 180x200cm bed, a walk-in closet, and a private bathroom, a separate toilet, and a pantry (laundry room). The upper floor includes two double bedrooms (one 140x190cm bed and one 160x190cm bed) and a master bedroom (one 160x200cm bed), complemented by a small attic bedroom with two 90x190cm beds (interconnecting and separated by a curtain - Additional charge if used: €15/bed with sheets included), a bathroom, and a separate toilet. Wi-Fi. Gas central heating (flat rate from October 15th to May 15th at an additional cost). Bed linens included (for tourist stays only). Optional extras: towels and kitchen linens. Tourist tax at an additional cost. Seminar room. Private above-ground swimming pool (3.8m x 5.80m x 1.20m). Pets welcome with a deposit and additional charge of €35 for 1 pet, €50 for 2 or more (limited to 3 pets). Cleaning deposit (€200). Gas for cooking (if the hob works with this energy), water within the limits of reasonable consumption, a fixed price of 8 kWh/day of electricity.
