One bedroom has a double bed, the other has 2 single beds; each room includes bedside tables, wardrobes, hangers, pillows, and duvets. The kitchen is fully equipped with dishes, fridge-freezer, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, and kettle. There is a living and dining area with a TV. The mobile home features a bathroom with shower, separate toilet, and reversible air conditioning.

The property offers stunning views of the mountain range where the Verdon river rises before flowing into Lake Sainte-Croix.
