Designed to accommodate 4 to 6 people, the villa—located on a secure estate—is equipped with air conditioning, a plasma/LCD TV with internet access, and Wi-Fi coverage.
The bedrooms:
- One bedroom with one 160×200 double bed and a walk-in closet, featuring its own bathroom (with shower) and a separate toilet.
- 1 room accessible to guests with limited mobility, featuring 2 single beds (80) that can be joined to form a 160 bed upon request, with its own accessible bathroom featuring a shower and toilet
- In the living room, a large sofa that converts to a double bed upon request
