Superb two bedroom villa, Ocean view, 10 minute walk to the beach.

My family of 5 had an enjoyable stay at the Iguana House. Val is a wonderful host, kind, accommodating, very responsive and full of great local information. She also keeps the place in pristine condition. The kitchen was very well set up for cooking while enjoying the view. The two bedrooms with en-suite washrooms were very comfortable. We also loved the covered outdoor space to read and eat. The gardens are well cared for and great to explore. The views of the ocean are spectacular, and it is a quick walk to some trails down to a secluded beach. I would highly recommend staying at the Iguana House :D

Très belle villa tout confort avec vu magnifique des chambres

Cette villa comporte 2 grandes chambres , indépendantes avec salle de bain , et une pièce à vivre entre les deux ,tout confort . Val , la propriétaire , est aux petits soins avec ses locataires : ti punch à l’arrivée , petit déjeuner copieux ! avec tous les fruits d’ici . Elle a pensé à tout jusqu’à la glacière et les pains de glace bien utiles lors de nos balades .Elle s’est être discrète tout en étant disponible . Merci pour tout ! Le plus dur c’est de repartir d’ici ... N’hésitez pas !!!

Val est vraiment très accueillante et très discrète. Tout est parfait. Location à conseiller sans hésitation

Tres belle location

Pour la deuxième année consécutive,nous avons passés un très agréable séjour à la villa Iguane House,remarquablement située pour la vue et le calme. Grand merci à Valérie pour son accueil très chaleureux,sa disponibilité et ses précieux conseils. Nous ne manquerons pas de conseiller cette location à chaque fois que nous en aurons l'occasion.

La tranquillité, l'intimité, le confort; on y trouve toutes ces qualités.
