The VILLA MALAKA property in Sainte-Anne includes 3 intimate, comfortable apartments, "Alamanda", "Balisier" and "Citronnelle", located on the first floor of the villa. Citronella is on the side of the Villa and not facing the pool unlike the other 2. It is smaller in surface. You benefit from a tropical garden with a private salt water swimming pool of 8 m x 4 m with a solarium.
The property is located in the very residential area of the "Hauts de Montmain", more precisely in the highest part of the residence. It is necessary to have a vehicle
Private access reserved exclusively for residents.

A 5 minute drive or 25 minutes walk (1.5 km), the main amenities of the town centre (shops, restaurants...) and the village beach by car, 5 minutes by car also from the beautiful beaches of Bois Jolan and Caravelle (Club Med).

Pleasant "studio" type apartment, air-conditioned, with an interior area of 28 m2 + covered terrace of 12 m2, on the countryside side, with modern comfort and refined decoration.

Lovely property and host. I may have missed something but the location for the citronelle accomodation was in the centre of the town near the beach. I headed there then noticed there was an address for a differenty named villa which was 2km away. You definitely need a car. The walk is on roads with few pavements.

Notre séjour à la Villa Malaka était au top de ce qu’on pouvait attendre. Un accueil extrêmement chaleureux, notre intimité et indépendance complètement respecté, les lieux sont très propres, bien fournis et très bien agencé ! Le livret et les petits guides sont un gros plus pour se décider et découvrir l’île. Catherine et son mari sont des supers hôtes ! Le jardin est magnifique et très reposant. Allez-y les yeux fermés ! Un havre de paix, comme à la maison !

Le logement Citronnelle de la Villa Malaka est tellement agréable, bien équipé, propre, spacieux et confortable. La petite terrasse est très tranquille et bien aérée, on s’y sent très bien accompagnée des oiseaux qui chantent. Catherine est une hôte incroyable, gentille, pleine d’attention et la communication est très facile. En quelques minutes de voiture nous sommes directement dans ste anne et le logement est placé d’une façon que c’est très facile de se déplacer partout sur grande terre et basse terre. La piscine et sa magnifique terrasse sont un petit plus très agréable, pour les fins de journée ou les journées un peu plus grise. J’ai déjà hate de revenir ! Encore un grand merci à Catherine pour son accueil, ça rend l’expérience encore plus agréable. À très vite !

Petit coin de paradis

Très beau séjour à la villa. Accueil chaleureux du propriétaire. Ce dernier nous met à l'aise dès notre arrivée. Studio très bien rangé et propre. Le jardin entretenu par le propriétaire est magnifique. On apprécie davantage la vue une fois dans la piscine. C'est vraiment un petit paradis.

Super séjour chez Catherine!

J'ai passe une excellente sejour chez Catherine. Son studio est super propre et magnique! C'est exactement comme le listing, sinon mieux. Vous avez tout ce que vous aurez besoin dans son studio et le lit est très comfortable. Son petit jardin tropical et sa piscine sont un plaisir à avoir et j'ai apprécier chaque moment! Catherine est très sympathique, elle m'a accueilli avec un petit panier de nourriture et m'a donné beaucoup de suggestions sur les choses a faire et découvrir pendant mon séjour. Vous aurez besoin d'une voiture, mais ce n'est pas loin de toutes les belles plages, la plus proche est St-Anne et c'est à environ à 5 minutes en voiture. Merci encore et j'espère revenir bientôt!i!

Soggiorno Perfetto

Catherine e George sono due persone stupende: ci hanno coccolato dall’inizio alla fine, non facendoci mancare nulla ogni volta che abbiamo avuto bisogno, compreso nell’aiuto nel trovare una vettura a Marie Galante durante un’escursione quando sembrava essere introvabile. L’appartamento è perfettamente collocato in un giardino bellissimo appena fuori il centro di Sainte Anne in una via molto tranquilla e sicura. A disposizione degli ospiti c’è una piscina molto carina per terminare la giornata o cominciarla. Grazie di tutto Catherine e George. Chiara & Alberto

Annonce plus que fidèle à la réalité. Quoi que : la gentillesse de Catherine et Georges n'est pas précisé 😊 des hôtes disponibles pour vous renseigner sur tous les bons plans et les conseils pour tout et n'importe quoi. Un super séjour dans un super cadre a Sainte Anne. Très agréable séjour

L'appartement est très agréable. La localisation, sur les hauteurs de Ste Anne est idéale. La piscine et le jardin sont très bien entretenus et très agréables après une journée de plage ou de ballade. Quant aux hôtes, Catherine et Georges, ils sont aux petits soins. Bref, nous avons passé un super séjour....

Sehr schön auf Guadeloupe

Das Appartement ist sehr schön eingerichtet, alles sehr gepflegt. Durch seine Lage leicht erhöht über Sainte Anne sehr ruhig. Das Appartement ist bei Ankunft sehr herzlich und liebevoll geschmückt mit einheimischen Blüten. Die Küche ist reich ausgestattet wir hatten alles was man benötigt. Das Bett ist sehr gut. Die Ferien in diesem kleinen sehr schmucken Appartement sind erholsam gewesen und der Smaltalk in Deutsch mit den sehr lieben Vermietern war immer wieder sehr schön. Wenn wir wieder nach Guadeloupe kommen, dann sicher wieder zu Catrinne und Georges. Herzlichen Dank Euch beiden für den netten Empfang.

Des vacances au paradis

Quel bonheur d'avoir pu sejourner dans ce petit coin de paradis. Le studio etait tres bien equipe, la cuisine top ainsi que la salle de bien. Il est decore avec beaucoup de gout et tout y etait pour passer des superbes vacances. Un grand merci a Catherine et Georges, des hotes extraordinaires! A recommander!!

Super studio, très propre.

Nous avons passer un agréable séjour en Guadeloupe, Catherine et Georges sont très sympathique et accueillant ils avaient même prévu le petit déjeuner et le planteur à notre arrivée 😉. La Villa est très bien situé, à 5 min en voiture de la plage de Sainte-Anne. Le logement est fonctionnel, propre et la literie est confortable. Nous avons très bien dormi ! La villa dispose aussi d'un magnifique jardin avec piscine.

Parfait !

Ravis de ce choix de location. Le logement est propre et bien équipé. Le jardin et la piscine sont magnifiques 🤩 Catherine et Georges sont des hôtes aux petits soins, plateau d'accueil, conseils, gentillesse, discrétion. Bref on recommande vraiment cette location !
