Logement non disponible à notre arrivée sans être prévenu à l'avance

Découverte que notre logement n est pas disponible à notre arrivée car pas d'eau pendant 5 jours. Et ceci après 9 heures de vol et une arrivée tardive à la location 17h00. Il fait nuit à 18h aux Antilles. Pas d'autre proposition d'abritel pour nous reloger....nous allions passer la nuit sans toit. Heureusement que mon mari est débrouillard et à trouver une personne au bord d'une maison qui louait un appartement et était disponible.. pour revenir à l annonce initiale il ne s'agit pas d'une maison entière seule mais mitoyenne avec balcon partagée à une autre location. Nous avons été entièrement remboursés puisque la reservation a été annulée
