La Sucrerie, Villa with Pool, 400 m from Town & Beaches

Set in a wooded park covering 6,000 square meters, the villa (350 square meters including the terraces) was built on the ruins of a former sugar mill. It is a unique, peaceful, and spacious place where everyone in your group will feel right at home. It is located 400 meters from the town of Sainte Anne, with its market, shops, and restaurants, and less than 5 minutes from the 8 most beautiful beaches in Martinique. The villa is not affected by Sargassum
Accommodations
The villa has 4 bedrooms with 160x200 beds. Three are air-conditioned; the fourth is very well ventilated. The two downstairs bedrooms have private bathrooms, while the two upstairs bedrooms share a very large bathroom and a guest restroom. A crib can be provided upon request.
Lounges, a pool, deck chairs, and hammocks await you on the two terraces; outdoor games and board games are available.

La Sucrerie also serves as a wedding venue for up to 200 guests, strictly organized by wedding planners.
The 6,000 m² grounds are also ideal for secular or religious ceremonies, and the ruins and remnants of the old sugar mill provide a romantic and unique setting for memorable photos.
Wedding rates: €3,500 for up to 150 guests, €4,000 for more than 150 guests.
