This delightful Creole villa is ready to welcome you, with family or friends. Set in pretty rolling countryside, it is 10 minutes from the most famous beaches of Saint François and Sainte-Anne.
Equipped with the most modern comforts, the house offers washing machine, dishwasher, fridge-freezer, dryer, traditional oven and microwave, small appliances.
We offer a neat decoration and quality materials.
Japanese garden for beauty of the eye and classic garden with some fruit trees and beautiful palm trees.
The salt swimming pool is of good dimensions, 9 m by 4 m for a volume of 45 m3.
The property is composed of 3 bedrooms (including a master suite with walk-in shower, toilet and furniture with sink) each with its dressing room, another bathroom with toilet, furniture and walk-in shower, a guest toilet and a splendid living room with music corner, library area, television lounge and an American kitchen equipped with the most complete appliances.
Access to the villa is through an electric and automated gate and it is possible to park outside as well as within the grounds of the property.
3000 liters of water autonomy thanks to 2 tanks.
We do not recommend the whole thing for young children: the pool is equipped with an alarm system but is not entirely surrounded by safety barriers.

Un séjour merveilleux grâce à Christine et Philippe ! Des hôtes plus que charmants, une maison spacieuse, très bien équipée et confortable, un cadre idyllique pour des vacances de rêve comme nous avons passées. Christine et Philippe sont très attentifs à l'accueil et au bien être de leurs locataires ! Franchement sublime et paisible ! Je recommande et un grand merci !

Un bout de paradis

La location est juste sublime et paisible, nécessité tout de même d avoir une voiture. La guadeloupe nous a réservé son lot de surprises : des paysages à couper le souffle, des îles merveilleuses, un accueil en demi-teinte parfois, un tourisme qui meriterait d être un peu plus développé ! Les métros sont heureux de partager tous les trésors et la culture de l île chers habitants de la Gwada!
