Pretty villa in a quiet subdivision near Dax (10 min)<br>The accommodations are 115 m² and includes a TV lounge with sofa, 1 bedroom with 1 double bed, a master suite with bathroom toilet and dressing room overlooking the pool <br>A fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher, fridge-freezer, induction hob, microwave, oven, coffee maker, toaster), a bathroom and a separate toilet. <br>WIFI connection.<br>Outside, large terrace (exposure) with deckchairs and garden furniture. <br>Swimming pool 6x3m <br>Petanque court <br>Outdoor parking space is also reserved for you.<br>On site, you will find a bakery with fresh bread, pastries etc<br><br>What to do in the area?
