My 250 m2 house is ideal for reunions with family or friends in a soothing and rejuvenating setting. In the winter season, you will appreciate the comfort of the underfloor heating and moments of relaxation on a panoramic sofa in front of a fireplace. A pellet stove is also available to add a gentle warmth. For the summer seasons, you can enjoy a large secure and sheltered terrace with a magnificent view of a mountainous landscape. Glazed railing.
My 250m2 house, spacious and soothing, consists of:
- 1 large terrace sheltered and secured by a glass railing overlooking a magnificent view.
- 1 mezzanine bedroom with secure terrace, shower room and toilet. + 1 double bed.
- 3 bedrooms including a bathroom (bath and shower) and a toilet on the 1st floor.
- 1 bedroom on the first floor. In total, 12 beds and 5 bedrooms.
For more than 10 people, an extra charge of 25 euros is required. My house has a heated floor and a pellet stove as well as a fireplace. Wood and pellets provided.
The kitchen is fully equipped
and offers multiple household appliances: Air Fryer, Cookeo, kettle, Nespresso coffee machine...
