Vriendelijke ontvangst door de eigenaar. Supermooi huis met heel fijn zwembad. In het huis is alles voldoende aanwezig. Het bed in de grote slaapkamer lag heerlijk. Op de andere kamers dunne matrassen maar die hebben wij niet gebruikt. ‘S nachts kan het wat onrustig zijn door blaffende honden in de omgeving. Gelukkig niet iedere nacht. Heel fijn dat er horren aanwezig zijn. Tuinmeubilair kan wel verbeterd worden. 3 weken op een plastic kuipstoeltje is niet echt comfortabel. Ook bij het zwembad waren de ligbedden niet echt fijn. 3 van de 6 kapot, 1 hard plastic bed en eigelijk maar 1 fijn ligbed. Nog gevraagd of het mogelijk was nog zo’n bed te krijgen maar dat kon niet. Dat was echt heel jammer. Weinig schaduw bij het zwembad maar de eigenaar heeft 8 parasolletjes geplaatst wat er heel gezellig uitziet maar bij wat wind ook geen oplossing is. Ook op het terras zou tussen 17 en 20 uur wat bescherming tegen de zon prettig zijn zodat je daar kunt eten. Wij verplaatsten de tafel naar een stuk schaduw als we buiten wilden eten. Onze honden hebben genoten van de ruime tuin en bij de rivier op een kwartiertje lopen.

Très bonne semaine dans cette maison

Une semaine très agréable, maison tout confort, belle piscine agréable avec des chaleurs du sud, propriétaire très agréable. Un Petit moins le soleil sur la terrasse l après midi . Il faudrait trouver un système d ombrage mais grand jardin avec arbres. L autre point important à changer parasols à la piscine. Ceci dit je recommande cette location

Woning is van alle gemak voorzien, rustig gelegen. Zwembad is heerlijk en gebruiksvriendelijk met kinderen, door de omheining. Enig minpuntje (maar zeker geen reden om niet meer terug te gaan) is het ontbreken van airco in de slaapkamers.

Na een autorit van 10h waarvan de laatste 2h door een prachtig berggebied kwamen we aan in de bar van de huiseigenaar om 16h, de eigenaar maakte er geen probleem van dat we wat vroeger waren en reed ons met veel plezier naar het vakantieverblijf waar hij ons zorgvuldig door het huis leidde om vervolgens de sleutel te overhandigen en onze vakantie kon beginnen. Wat op de foto's misschien niet zo duidelijk is, is dat de villa echt een grote verzorgde tuin heeft waar kinderen naar hartenlust kunnen spelen en ravotten. Het zwembad is met z'n maximale diepte van 1m80 perfect voor een duik, terwijl je (ik althans) er nog altijd kan staan om met kleinere kinderen in de buurt toch altijd een voet op de grond te kunnen hebben indien ze af en toe nog wat hulp nodig hebben in het water. De villa op zich was mooi,verzorgd en proper, alles was voor ons aanwezig (zelfs een vrij grote ijskast en diepvriezer) . Als ik een minpuntje moet zeggen zou het zijn dat vlak aan het terras achteraan het vol staat met bloemen en planten die bijen en wespen aantrekken, waardoor je wel wat last kan ondervinden. Ook mochten er wat meer schaduwplekken zijn, wij verhuisde de tafel en stoelen rond 16h weg van het terras want bij ons was het 34° en om dan recht in de zon te zitten was voor ons niet te doen. Dit waren voor ons dan ook de enigste kleine verbeterpuntjes, die totaal niet opwegen tegen de vele positieve punten van ons verblijf. De eigenaar komt 2 keer per week in de voormiddag discreet naar het zwembad kijken en vraagt telkens of alles in orde is, echt een vriendelijke man. In St-Victor de Malcap is niet veel te zien, de kruidenierszaak had wel croissants en broodjes maar wij vonden ze niet zo lekker, wij reden dagelijks naar St-Ambroix voor verse producten waar vele grote supermarkten zijn. Kort samengevat echt één van de beste villa's waar wij ooit al verbleven hebben, zeker met kinderen een no-brainer voor het omheind zwembad, ik zou ze iedereen aanbevelen!!!!!!

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour à St Victor de malcap. Accueil chaleureux du propriétaire, la maison est située dans un endroit très calme. Nous espérons pouvoir y retrouver pour de prochaines vacances.
