Wonderful location but it is the staff that makes this place so special. The front desk staff (especially Claire) was phenomenal but everyone else was fantastic as well. Claire is exceptional and made the stay.

Great location but quite noisy

Beautiful hotel in the centre of St Tropez, with the Louis Vuitton restaurant at the patio. However, we were on the ground floor where the music was very loud and there was a lot of noise from the hotel staff and restaurant, which made it very hard to sleep or have privacy.

Location, location, location! You are in the heart of central St. Tropez and steps to everything. Cafe’s, great restaurants and all of your luxury retailers around the corner. Staff is amazing and provide great recommendations and can arrange reservations. The lounge/restaurant has a great vibe at night. Highly recommended!

If you decide to stay here, insist on not having the room on the ground floor. It should not be allowed to be booked. It is literally in a restaurant. Three sides are next to a dining area, a prep station, and a kitchen. The other wall is the lobby. It is unthinkable that they would charge what they charge for a room surrounded by so much activity/noise. After we complained and spent one unpleasant evening, they moved us to a room on the top floor...which was much better. There are only seven rooms in the entire hotel, so be sure to book and confirm any other room. It is a great location and the staff did their best to make it up to us, but the first night left a very bad impression on us.

Very nice place to stay but they charged extra for a 3rd person even though there were 3 beds. Other than that everything was great.

Very cute little room! Instagramable! We booked the junior suite and we had a massive patio! Everything in the bar except alcohol was included and free refill. Lots of stairs but luckily they have strong staff to bring up the luggage. The location is convinent but wow its loud at night Its across the street from the fun restaurants and night clubs (Le Cafe and Pablos) Its bumpin' at night haha but thankfully the hotel has earplugs for you. No blackout curtains so bring eye masks :)

Ils devraient bien regarder car l'emplacement est parfait pour Saint-Tropez This hotel comes highly recommended on your site and very upscale in terms of price! All photos on your site are photos taken as the hotel looked 10-15 years ago, in my room the furniture is a shame old and broken, even the wardrobe door was impossible to close , the shower hose broken, the fixings of the bathroom windows did not work, in general the decoration was a shame to be part of the LVMH group. They should take a good look as the location is perfect for Saint-Tropez

EXCELLENT CHOIX

Un personnel au petit soin, malgré la COVID (toutes les contraintes sanitaires étaient suivis). La carte du restaurant est remarquable... TOP CHEF est passé par là et c'est un excellent choix !
