Contemporary villa with heated pool surrounded by terraces and a large garden of 3000 m2 200 meters from the beach of the sun and the forest. Train station at the end of the main path. The villa is very well located in a very quiet dead end.

Perfect for thalassotherapy, Thalasso Oléron 800 m accessible by the beach. Very nice for children, beach access very close and easy by the impasse the house is in a dead end leading to the beach of the sun. The beach is at the end of the impasse. Access village center on bike path along the seaside.

Fantastic oasis in Ile D’Oleron

Great villa. Very thing you need to relax and chill. Great attention to detail with plenty of space to accommodate 6-8 adults. Owner was very welcoming and perfect host Location is great for beach and local shopping Pool is great alternative Can’t recommend this place highly enough. Will definitely be back

Ein rundum schönes Ferienhaus! Sehr schöne und ruhige Lage am Ende einer Sackgasse in einem Wohngebiet, unweit von Spazier- und Radwegen, sowie dem Meer. Das Haus ist sehr hochwertig eingerichtet, ordentliche Möbel, eine voll ausgestattete Küche und ein großer Grill stehen zur Verfügung. Bei jeglichen Fragen, waren die Vermieter immer erreichbar oder sind sogar vorbeigekommen.Leider war in der Beschreibung nirgendwo erwähnt, dass man am Ende seines Aufenthalts den verbrauchten Strom zahlen soll. Aber wir konnten eine Einigumg mit den Vermietern treffen.Zum Baden sind wir an den Grande Plage gefahren. Den Strand fanden wir am schönsten in der Umgebung, auch bei Niedrigwasser - keine Steine!Im Ortskern ist mehrmals in der Woche Markt und man bekommt sehr gute Croissants in den Bäckereien.

Traumhafte Residenz in top Lage

Einzigartiges (sehr großes) Grundstück mit Pool und in perfekter Lage zu allen Stränden des südlichen Teils der Insel. Das Haus ist sehr komfortabel aufgeteilt und es ist alles Notwendige vor Ort. Die Vermieterin ist sehr zuvorkommend und freundlich. Es fehlt an nichts für entspannte Ferien.

Villa spacieuse et bien située pour associer calme, plage et petites virées shopping à vélo dans l’île. L’éclairage est à revoir, avec panne de lumière dans l’une des sdb. L’annonce comporte une erreur : il y a 2 sdb et non 3.
