Designed for 8 people, the ground floor comprises the living areas, kitchen, and living room, as well as a bedroom with its own shower room and toilet. This level was designed for people with reduced mobility: access to the terrace is via a ramp, with no steps between the living areas. Upstairs, there are two additional bedrooms, a bathroom, and a separate toilet. In total, there are four 90x190cm beds (including one folding bed) and three 140x190cm beds. The wood-burning stove provides pleasant warmth during the shoulder seasons and winter (wood included). A long, elevated terrace with garden furniture and a garage with a ping-pong table.
You will also enjoy a shared, covered, heated indoor swimming pool (6.5m x 3.25m, 1.20m to 1.50m deep), open from April 15th to October 15th, weather permitting. The pool is adjacent to the owners' house, located approximately 80m from the gîte, and is also accessible to guests of the three guest rooms. Access times are determined by the site's occupancy.
Fishing enthusiasts can enjoy a main pond of 4100m² with a rowboat and three other ponds. The pond is stocked with carp, pike, tench, perch, gudgeon, roach, eels, and catfish. Water is available year-round. The pond is shared with guests of the guest rooms and cabins.
The surrounding countryside is hilly and wooded, with numerous hiking trails. Discover the leisure center at Sillé beach (17km), Sainte Suzanne (21km), a charming small town.
