✨Welcome to La Maison des Tilleuls, a cozy 100 m² home nestled in a peaceful setting—perfect for a getaway with family or friends.

✨ Located near downtown L’Aigle, this 100 m² home is designed to accommodate up to 8 guests (5 adults and 3 children).

⭐ Sleeping Arrangements

⚡ The property can accommodate a maximum of 5 adults and 3 children. Upstairs, you’ll find 3 bedrooms:
✔️ A large bedroom with a double bed;
✔️ A small bedroom with a double bed;
✔️ A family bedroom with a single bed for an adult, a bunk bed, and a pull-out bed, accommodating 3 children weighing less than 60 kg each.

Upon request, a travel crib and a high chair can also be provided.
Comfortable bedding ensures you’ll enjoy pleasant and restful nights.

⭐Fully equipped kitchen
With an electric oven, stovetop, microwave, drip coffee maker and Nespresso machine, washing machine, dishwasher, dishes, kitchen utensils, and wine glasses.
Cook just like you do at home.

⭐Dining Area
In the dining room, a table for 8 people with chairs and a working fireplace (first batch of firewood provided)

⭐ The Living Room
A living room with an HD TV (local digital terrestrial channels), a non-convertible sofa, a piano for music lovers, and a library for all ages.
**** Please note that the fireplace in the living room is not operational. Do not light a fire.

⭐ Bathroom
A bathroom with a bathtub on the first floor. Towel warmer (please turn it off after use). We provide shower gel, shampoo, and hand soap.

⭐ 3 HD TVs with local digital terrestrial channels (one in the dining room, one in the living room, and one in the master bedroom) and Netflix access in the living room (we do not provide an account)

⭐ Large Garden
A large, fenced-in garden—quiet and not overlooked—with patio furniture, a barbecue (charcoal not provided), and activities for children such as a swing, and for older guests, a pétanque court (we provide a set of 3 boules)

⭐ Heated indoor pool from mid-April to late September at 28°C for unforgettable moments of relaxation.
*****Pool unavailable outside the summer season.

✔️ Self-Check-In: Enjoy complete freedom of access thanks to a key box, available starting at 4:00 PM.
✔️ Electric heating during the winter. Be sure to close the bedroom doors and ground-floor doors tightly to keep the heat in.
✔️ Convenient Parking: Free parking space on the property for easy, hassle-free access.

**** Please park in the lot across from the garage upon arrival

⭐ Cleaning fee included, which covers the laundering of bed linens and bath towels.
Dishes, the refrigerator, and the oven must be cleaned by the guest. Trash must be taken out according to our instructions provided after your reservation.
*****If the house is not left in the same condition as when you arrived, additional cleaning fees may be charged.
The beds will be made upon your arrival for your comfort.

**** Please note that, given our prime location, it is possible that some insects or rodents may find their way onto the premises.
We want to assure you that we are taking all appropriate measures to keep them away and ensure your comfort.

⚡ Caution – Respect for the Neighborhood

The property is located in a quiet area, with neighbors in the immediate vicinity. To preserve the peace and quiet of local residents, parties and gatherings are strictly prohibited.
✔️ Quiet hours must be observed from 8:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.

During these hours, we ask that you:
✔️ In the pool area: avoid shouting, screaming, singing, and any other noise disturbances.
✔️ Outside the house: do not play music and keep loud conversations to a minimum.
✔️ During the summer, please be especially mindful of noise levels, particularly around the pool and outdoor areas.
✔️ In the event of a noise complaint from neighbors—and if the noise is confirmed or requires our intervention—a flat-rate penalty of €100 will be charged to the person who made the reservation. Repeated violations may also result in early termination of your stay, without a refund.
✔️ We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in helping to maintain peace and quiet in the neighborhood and the well-being of everyone.

*** There is a small pond at the entrance to the property; please keep a close eye on your young children.
