Duvet + sheets included and beds made on arrival. Bathroom (shower) and separate WC located on the landing. Private terrace with garden furniture. Magnificent park with trees and flowers. Parking on the property. Former agricultural property belonging to the family for several generations offering a timeless bucolic charm. The owners have designed a neat decoration that enhances the remarkable architectural elements of the house while providing the necessary comfort for a pleasant family stay. Magnificent garden conducive to relaxation, strolling and children's games. Magnificent property offering carefully renovated character buildings and ideally located 7km from Chambéry, the historic capital of the Dukes of Savoy. Pleasant garden with trees and flowers with private terrace at the gîte. Immediate environment of calm and green quality, close to many points of tourist attraction: regional natural parks of Chartreuse and the Massif des Bauges, Lac du Bourget, thermal baths of Aix les Bains and Challes les Eaux.
